I need to laugh at myself for a minute. I knew this would start out ugly. Not just ugly but it’s like that time when you’re in high school and you think that growing a mustache will make you look older.
I’m heading out for dinner tonight with some friends who have never seen me sans goatee in person so this should be an event. I’ve checked with the other guys on my team and I’m glad to see that I’m not alone with my struggles.
It’s no secret that I can’t grow a mustache which is why I have a goatee. The gods didnt reach down and bless me with a professional mustache like they did to my brother. I was hoping to do handlebars but that was reinforced last night with a loud “HELL NO” from other members of my house.
Week 1 of 4 is complete. Please consider throwing a couple bucks towards myself or the team over here. I was a last minute addition so yinz lucked out of my typical media storm when I get involved in something.
I will be cooking Thanksgiving for the second time in 3 years so I’m hoping that I get a little help from above and not appear in family pics like Uncle Rico.
